A maple season feast served all you can eat
A sugar shack, a family farm and recipes from another time…
a tradition the Desgroseilliers family proudly carries on today at Domaine Labranche.

At the sugar shack, we gather around the table to share a generous meal inspired by Quebec traditions. During maple season, we eat well, laugh loudly and let the maple syrup flow freely.

Family-style meal served all you can eat.
Everything on the menu is homemade.

To accompany the table

A selection of homemade condiments.
Several are prepared with organic vegetables grown on the Desgroseilliers family farm.

  • Crunchy pickled cauliflower
  • Cabbage, carrot and celeriac salad
  • Sweet-and-sour pickles
  • Beet salad
  • Homemade fruit ketchup

To start things off

  • Warm dinner rolls
  • Savory cretons (traditional pork spread)
  • Smoked pork sausages
  • Autumn vegetable soup
  • Split pea soup with salted pork

🍁 Wondering where to add maple syrup? At the sugar shack, the answer is simple: everywhere!
