At Domaine Labranche, a visit to the sugar shack is much more than a meal. It’s a warm and lively outing where guests enjoy a traditional all-you-can-eat feast, outdoor activities and the festive atmosphere of the sugaring season in the heart of the orchard. Most of our visitors spend several hours on site to fully enjoy the experience.
The Domaine Labranche sugar shack will be open from February 27, 2026 to April 19, 2026, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on Easter Monday (April 6).

At the sugar shack, we gather around the table to share a generous meal inspired by Quebec traditions. During maple season, we eat well, laugh loudly and let the maple syrup flow freely.

Alcohol Permit
Domaine Labranche holds an alcohol permit and offers a fine selection of wines, cocktails and beers. For this reason, alcoholic beverages from outside are not permitted.

Please note that no peanuts are used in our menu or in our kitchen.
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, we invite you to inform your server during your visit. Our team will do their best to offer alternatives whenever possible. However, as our dining experience is based on a predetermined menu designed for sharing, some dishes may not be able to be modified or replaced.
